At VISIONMOOD, every order is carefully reviewed and prepared to ensure authenticity, quality, and accuracy.
In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days.
Prescription eyewear may require additional processing and laboratory production time.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or destination location.
Prescription Eyewear
Prescription glasses, custom lenses, progressive lenses, and specialty lens orders require additional production time.
Estimated production times:
Single Vision Lenses: 3–7 Business Days
Progressive Lenses: 5–10 Business Days
Specialty or High Prescription Lenses: 7–14 Business Days
Production time is separate from shipping transit time.
International Duties & Taxes
For international orders, import duties, customs fees, VAT, and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by VISIONMOOD.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Once an order has been delivered to the carrier and marked as delivered, VISIONMOOD is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after delivery. However, we will gladly assist customers in filing carrier claims whenever possible.
