To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please adhere to the following guidelines.
Obtaining an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number: Before returning any item, it is mandatory to obtain an RMA number. To request an RMA number, please visit our Returns Center. Please note that the issuance of an RMA number does not guarantee final approval, as all returns are subject to inspection. RMA numbers are valid for a period of ten days.
Packaging: Place the original item in its packaging within a shipping carton. Ensure that the invoice and reason for return are included. If the item is defective, specify the nature of the defect. Please refrain from affixing stickers or shipping labels directly onto the manufacturer's original packaging.
RMA Number Placement: The RMA number must be written on the exterior of the shipping carton to prevent refusal.
Return Window: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of shipment from our warehouse to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that this period excludes shipping and handling charges.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Requirement: All returns are subject to obtaining an RMA from visionmood.com. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund. Condition of Returned Items: To avoid refusal of returned merchandise or restocking fees ranging from 10-50% for used or damaged items, ensure that all purchases, accessories, serial-numbered security tags (if provided), and packing materials are in new condition.
