Term and payment. The VISIONMOOD Membership is a twelve-month program billed as a single annual payment of $200 for an individual membership or $300 for a couples membership. A couples membership covers two named individuals, each of whom receives their own individual benefits; benefits are not transferable to non-members.

Exam and fitting pricing Member pricing of $100 for a comprehensive eye exam and $190 for a contact lens fitting applies to examinations performed at VISIONMOOD Optical Boutique. Additional medical testing, specialty contact lens fittings and services beyond a routine comprehensive examination may carry additional charges, quoted before they are performed.

Discounts. The 20% member discount applies to frames, sunglasses, prescription lenses and lab work at VISIONMOOD and may not be combined with insurance benefits, promotional pricing or other offers on the same item. Certain limited-edition pieces and brand-restricted items may be excluded; exclusions are disclosed before purchase.

Frame allowance. The $100 allowance applies toward eligible frame and sunglass purchases, up to three purchases per member per membership year. The allowance and the 20% discount are not combined on the same item — the greater of the two is applied. The allowance carries no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash and does not roll over between membership years.

Contact lens rewards. Additional lens days are awarded on eligible 90-day supplies of participating brands and are subject to manufacturer availability and prescription suitability. Complimentary shipping applies to eligible contact lens orders within the United States and Canada.

Rewards points. Members earn 1 point per dollar on qualifying purchases; 100 points equals $10 in store credit. Points have no cash value, are not transferable, expire at the end of the membership year in which they are earned unless the membership is renewed, and may be limited or excluded on discounted, promotional or insurance-billed transactions.

Referral credit.  Give $50. Get $50 credits are issued once the referred individual purchases a membership, applies to merchandise and service purchases at VISIONMOOD, carries no cash value and is subject to program terms. VISIONMOOD may modify or end the referral program at any time.

Protection and warranties.  Lens Scratch Protection provides one complimentary lens replacement for scratch damage per membership year, with additional replacements at 50% of member price. Prescription Change Protection applies to prescription changes documented by VISIONMOOD within six months of purchase. Progressive Adaptation Protection applies to first-time or redesigned progressive wearers. The Frame Warranty covers manufacturer defects for one year from purchase and does not cover loss, theft or damage caused by misuse; assistance with qualifying repairable damage is provided at VISIONMOOD’s discretion and may involve manufacturer repair charges.

Turnaround and emergency service. Priority lab turnaround of approximately three to five business days is an estimate and depends on prescription complexity, lens design, frame availability and laboratory capacity. 24-Hour Emergency Lens Service depends on VISIONMOOD holding a current set of lenses in the member’s prescription and is otherwise subject to prescription, material and laboratory availability; it may not be possible for all designs or after a prescription change.

Concierge and at-home service. Dedicated concierge support, private styling sessions, and at-home or in-office frame selection are offered subject to availability, scheduling, and service area. VISIONMOOD may limit these services during peak periods.

Events, early access and birthday.  Member events, private sale early access and birthday gifts are offered at VISIONMOOD’s discretion, may require RSVP, have limited capacity and may change or be discontinued. Sale discounts of up to 80% apply to selected items only during designated sale periods.

Not insurance. The VISIONMOOD Membership is a discount and benefits program. It is not health insurance, not vision insurance and not a qualified health plan, and it does not provide reimbursement for medical expenses. Members with vision insurance may request itemized receipts for out-of-network submission; reimbursement is determined solely by the insurer.

Cancellation and changes. Membership fees are non-refundable once benefits have been used. Memberships do not renew automatically unless the member elects renewal. VISIONMOOD reserves the right to modify benefits, pricing and program terms; material changes will be communicated to active members and existing paid terms will be honored through their expiration.

Smart glasses are not included.  Smart,connected and audio-enabled eyewear including any frame containing electronics, a camera, speakers, a microphone or a display is excluded from the VISIONMOOD Membership. These products are not eligible for the 20% member discount, do not qualify for the $100 frame allowance, do not earn rewards points, and are not covered by Lens Scratch Protection, Prescription Change Protection, Progressive Adaptation Protection or the VISIONMOOD Frame Warranty. Smart eyewear is sold at manufacturer pricing and is covered solely by the manufacturer’s own warranty, service and return policy, which the manufacturer administers directly. Prescription lens work fitted into smart eyewear is quoted separately and is not eligible for member lens pricing, the member discount or lens protection benefits.
